Ernst Consulting, LLC was founded to help growing organizations successfully navigate complex projects, technology implementations, and organizational change. Led by founder Jason Ernst, a PMP®-certified Program Manager with more than eight years of experience delivering enterprise software implementations and building scalable project management infrastructure, the firm provides the strategic leadership companies need when execution matters most.
Throughout his career, Jason has built a reputation for creating order where none exists. From leading portfolios of eight or more concurrent enterprise implementations to designing PMO frameworks, governance models, delivery standards, and AI-enabled operational workflows from the ground up, he has consistently been the leader organizations rely on when the stakes are high, the path forward is uncertain, and results cannot wait.
Before transitioning into project management, Jason served in the United States Coast Guard as a Search and Rescue Controller, coordinating life-saving operations in high-pressure environments where clear communication, decisive leadership, and accountability were essential. That experience continues to shape every client engagement, bringing a disciplined, calm, and execution-focused approach to solving complex business challenges.
